Moonlight Kyogre

Kyogre breaching in the moonlight. :3

I was unsatisfied with most (official and unofficial) pictures of Kyogre jumping out of the water. They are often too dark and gloomy for my taste. I understand that Kyogre is the bringer of torrential rain, but why can't he have some nice weather art? That's when I decided to draw this!

I'm not going to lie; this took me FOREVER to complete. Every detail was made from scratch--from the beads of water to the craters on the moon to the stars in the sky! Despite all the pain my eyes and wrist had to endure to draw every pixel of this drawing, I am quite happy with the end result.

I probably won't be doing this pixel-by-pixel style ever again, because it just takes way too much time and effort, but I am incredibly proud of both pieces. :3
